Service Description

Body doubling means working alongside someone else so it's easier to start and stay on task. This is a 6-week Zoom group for teens and adults, 1 hour a week, with 2 to 8 people. Everyone shares a goal at the start, works quietly with cameras on or off (your call), and checks back in at the end. Bring anything: homework, emails, laundry, that thing you've been putting off for 3 weeks. $270 covers all 6 sessions ($45 a session).
